Cold-Chain for Poultry
Fresh chicken and farm produce travel in insulated, temperature-controlled packs from our farm to your door — never above 4°C.
Refrigerate Quickly
On delivery, move chilled poultry and dairy into the fridge within 30 minutes. Frozen items go straight to the freezer.
Cool, Dry Pantry
Provisions, grains, oils and dry goods belong in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat.
Reseal After Use
Transfer opened dry goods into airtight containers to keep moisture, pests and odours out.
Check Dates
Every Folwab item shows a clear manufacturing or use-by date — rotate older stock to the front of your pantry.
Allergen Notice
Our supermarket handles a wide range of foods including dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten. Always read pack labels if you have allergies.
Product-Specific Storage Guidelines
Fresh Poultry & Eggs
Keep raw chicken refrigerated at or below 4°C and use within 1–2 days, or freeze for up to 9 months. Store eggs in the fridge (not the door) to keep temperature steady.
Frozen Foods
Move into the freezer immediately on delivery. Do not refreeze fully thawed items. Thaw in the fridge, not on the counter.
Dry Provisions (rice, grains, beans, pasta)
Keep in tightly sealed containers in a cool, dry pantry. Properly stored, most dry goods stay fresh for 6–12 months.
Cooking Oils & Spreads
Store away from heat and light, tightly capped. Once opened, use within the timeframe printed on the pack.
Household & Personal Care
Keep cleaning products and personal care items in their original packaging, out of reach of children, and away from food storage.
